Does my crystal come with a light base?

• You can add a light base of your choice when you select, "Customize Now." Choose a Premium crystal for special add-ons!

How do I know if my image is high-quality?

• For best results, use a well-lit, high-resolution photo. If we find an issue, we’ll reach out to request an alternate.

Can I add text underneath my image?

• You can add up to 150 characters of text underneath your image for all full-sized crystals except for the 3D Iceberg. Crystal accessories and the 3D Iceberg do not support text.

Will my photo be stretched or cropped to fit my crystal shape?

• You can position and set your photo as you see fit when you select, "Customize Now!"
