How soon can I expect my 3D Crystal? Orders placed before 3 p.m. CST are processed same-day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST are sent out the next day.

Does my crystal come with a light base? You can add a light base of your choice when you select, "Customize Now." Choose a Premium crystal for special add-ons!

How do I know if my image is high-quality? For best results, use a well-lit, high-resolution photo. If we find an issue, we’ll reach out to request an alternate.

Can I add text underneath my image? 150 characters: All full-sized crystals except for the 3D Iceberg. No Text: Crystal Accessories, 3D Iceberg.

Will my photo be stretched or cropped to fit my crystal shape? You can position and set your photo as you see fit when you select, “Customize Now!”
